To help us help you faster, please include:
- The name and version of the app you are using.
- Your device and OS version (e.g. MacBook Air M2 on macOS 15.2, or iPhone 15 on iOS 18).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot or screen recording if it is a visual issue.
Response times
We aim to reply within two business days. Complex bugs may take longer to diagnose, but we always acknowledge your message and keep you posted as we investigate.
Feature requests
We love hearing what you want to see next. Every request is read, though not every idea makes it into a build. If your idea lines up with where an app is headed, we will tell you. Send your ideas to features@wubu.ai.
Refunds & purchases
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used to buy the app.
